The Blume Family Portrait

I've been told we need to include more photos of ourselves, so here we are! This is one of our fave pics taken by @laurayangphotography that hangs BIG over our fireplace and is a daily reminder of the blessings we have. ☺️ ⠀ ⠀ Hey! We're the Blumes--a typical American family who hails from Athens, Georgia. Beyond that, our ethnic makeup consists of Filipino, German, Italian, Chinese, Cherokee Indian, French, and Scandinavian. Traveling and learning about the world is our JAM. 🌍🌎🌏 ⠀ ⠀ We are known to break into a British (or Australian!) accent when directing photography, thoroughly confusing bridal parties where we're from. 🇬🇧 🇦🇺 ⠀ ⠀ If we hear you speaking Spanish or Japanese in public, chances are we will casually (read: *awkwardly*) approach you and converse with you in those same languages and we'll become good friends. 🇯🇵 🇪🇦 🇬🇹 ⠀ ⠀ We have three amazing kiddos, who are now in 4th grade, 1st grade, and kindergarten. We homeschooled them the last two years and are trying something different this year as all three attend the same elementary school. We’re dreaming big dreams and hope to #worldschool them the following year and do a lot more traveling!⠀ ⠀ What is your ethnic makeup?? Just curious. Is it a hodgepodge of a mix like us? 😜 ⠀ ⠀
