New Book 'English for Filipinos' Features Authors as Cartoon Instructors

Pretty hilarious.. and amazing! Eileen and I are your official #cartoon instructors in the newly published book "English for Filipinos!" Never imagined ourselves in that role! Eileen's brilliant father spent the past few years perfecting this comprehensive book on pronunciation, linguistic history, and word usage. It's stunning! But I just read it for the hilarious "What you thought you said/What they heard" comics throughout. All true stories from our Filipino-American family experience. For example, "Don't forget to bring the sheet to the beach" came out as "Don't forget to bring the sh*#%! to the bi+€#!"
