Guess my location! No, not a Latin American hacienda. But the food has been exotic: Somali-style goat meat last nice, then beef tongue today for lunch. :P This low-income neighborhood in Minneapolis is one of the most ethnically diverse I've experienced. And we have been gaining enormously from the insights of @urbanventures, based on their valuable hindsight, to give us foresight as we work to serve fringe communities (more importantly, individual people who make up those communities) in Guatemala City through @engadiministries.
