Y'all... I loved homeschooling the kids, but giving each of them undivided attention was a CHALLENGE. As entrepreneurs working from home, the lines between work and life often get blurry. We never want to shortchange our kids because of the lifestyle we choose, so Phillip and I worked extra hard to make sure they received the attention and care they needed and deserved. No, we didn't do a perfect job, but we became more closely knit because of our 24/7 togetherness. The nice part about putting the kids back in public school this year (we have one of the best school systems in the state, btw!) is Phillip and I can focus on our work during the day, and then focus on our kids the moment they get off the bus. 📷: @laurayangphotography
