Celebrating 14 Years of Marriage

Wow! Who are these two young kids in our wedding album?! 😂 As we celebrate 14 years of marriage today, I’m most grateful we can both say “I love you more now than ever before!” Yes, the romance is still there a lot of the time.. when we work for it. But through 14 years of challenges, heartaches, breakthroughs, letdowns, unspeakable blessings, wins and losses, thank God that He is teaching us “love” is sooo much more than feelings or starry-eyed imaginations of happily ever after. Love is a committed journey that profoundly shapes our character. I genuinely like the starry-eyed dreamers we were in these photos. But I’m even prouder of the more intently focused, weathered, mature couple we’re growing into. What a story this album holds for us and our precious children! Today again, as every day, I re-commit to pushing forward in this journey alongside you.
