Old Hutch Gets New Life as Separate Pieces

What do you do with an old family heirloom no one wants anymore? You separate it and modernize them. We couldn’t sell this hutch for our dream price of $300 over 3 months last year. So this year, we separated them into two separate pieces and refinished each half and sold them for a total of $1125.
