Mother's Day Camping Trip with Mom

I've made it clear to my kids that we can't be friends until they're 18. It helps keep the parent/child line clear. But they know that the day they turn 18, I will be so ready to be their best friend. Because I've seen how being best friends with my own mother can be one of the most rewarding relationships in life! Mom, I'm so lucky to know you, to be raised by you, to be so close to you, haha, and to even run a business with you! Thanks for going along with all my wacky ideas and patience with me when I'm being a perfectionist! I love you and am so grateful for all our adventures, the motherly advice, and mostly just to be loved by you. I'm one lucky daughter! Happy Mother’s Day!
