This #furnitureflipfriday looks a little different this week. Here is an example of a “Quick Flip”. We found this small table and chair set on OfferUp for $40. We knew it was priced super low and we could sell it for higher if we cleaned it up, made a couple “quick” changes, and took better staged pictures. Although, lesson learned, it had water damage in the middle and we should have said no thank you right then and there. But we didn’t. We snatched it up and hoped it wouldn’t take too long to fix.
