This #furnitureflipfriday looks a little different this week. Here is an example of a “Quick Flip”. We found this small table and chair set on OfferUp for $40. We knew it was priced super low and we could sell it for higher if we cleaned it up, made a couple “quick” changes, and took better staged pictures. Although, lesson learned, it had water damage in the middle and we should have said no thank you right then and there. But we didn’t. We snatched it up and hoped it wouldn’t take too long to fix. Well my mom spent a handful of hours sanding out the damage, re-staining to make it match the rest, and re-polying the top for a durable finish. It didn’t come out perfect, but certainly much better than it started. The quickest part of this flip was reupholstering the seat cushions from a drape found at Goodwill. We did sell it for $195, but it wasn’t as quick as we hoped. Remember not every flip needs to be an extreme makeover. Smaller flips are just as good for the environment and can be accomplished much quicker if you’re short on time.⠀

Happy flipping, ohana!⠀
