$10 Dresser Flip Earns $290 Profit

Throwback to our very first fully refinished flip, the 80s dresser (you’ll see what I mean in the last picture)! The poor girl had no style but she had great bones and was solid wood. There was just so much untapped potential.⠀ ⠀ She was a whopping $10 off FB Marketplace. We put $100 more into her (the handles and legs were our biggest expense). Then somehow sold her after only 2 days listed for $400. You guys, we made $290 off this one dresser! That’s bonkers! ⠀ ⠀ The formula for success is simple.
