Reclaiming Wonders
The image is a collage of three photographs depicting a young blonde child in distress. In the first photo, the toddler girl is peering out a window, her expression one of curiosity or trepidation, suggesting she may have climbed onto a ledge or surface she shouldn't have. The second photo shows the child crying, with blood around her mouth, indicating she has suffered an injury, possibly from a fall. The third photo captures the child lying down, seemingly exhausted or in need of rest after the incident, her face still bearing traces of blood. The series of images conveys a narrative of a child's mischievous exploration leading to an accident and the subsequent aftermath.

Toddler Mishap and Aftermath

Cute inquisitive baby climbs on everything including the chair onto the window ledge. Mommy takes him down. Mommy looks over to find him up there again, yells and runs, see the fall, the blood. Baby four syndrome of neglect. 4 kids, last two with accidental frenulectomies (broke the upper lip-gum attachment). Refuses ice. But finally accepts the much needed nap. We never get cuddles--- praying it's not a concussion! Not really.
