Teaching Moments with the Essentials Kids

The best part of my teaching year? 🌟Seeing the happy Essentials kids whose moms send me pics of them doing their work. 🌟Knowing that somehow I’ve taught them enough to make them eager to sit down and write. 🌟Seeing them feel confident enough to pick up a Number Knockout board and tackle math for fun. 🌟Watching then jump out of their seats to answer questions in class. Thanks to @chelsealaclare for my aww rome new Essentials cup! If you’ve hesitated to jump in and teach a class at your kid group - be it Awana or homeschool group or reading partner at school or Bible class—- do it. You’ll get just as much out of the relationship as they do ❤️
