Never pass up a 2$ yard sale Halloween costume from a neighbor even if it means just adding another costume to the overflowing costume closet. The joy it brought little brother when big brother chased him was well worth my 2$... ;). Although it is a little creepy to have a kid completely covered head to toe in costume!
