Junior Ranger Program at Okumulgee National Park

Getting back into the #juniorranger swing with #okmulgeenationalpark only one hour away in Macon. Eager to complete the tasks, we learned about Mississippians and their culture including mound building. Also early American trading post, civil war trench, and 10,000 year old nomadic mammoth hunters. Mixed with the whines... and tired legs... Almudena are always better when you can go actually see the real thing. Hunter kept saying, “ We went there!”
