Heartfelt Gift from Long-Term Patient

Now that patients know I’m leaving, some of them are squeezing in extra clinic appointments and bringing me gifts ;). At my indigent county clinic, gifts are far between which makes them even more appreciated. This patient has been mine for 8 years or so... and why I love family practice.
