Family Vacation: Downtown Dolly Parton Statue Visit

Last night of Mom’s vacation! What?! 😃 . . We spent out last supper together roaming around downtown Sevierville because this crazy mom wanted them to meet Dolly Parton - at least the statue! Cute little downtown with shops and away from the crowds. . . So while the kids spend a few more days with Dad and cousins and grandparents and aunts and uncle, I got to drive through the mountains (alone!) for a couple of hours while listening to podcasts. My kind of day. Now, I have two nights at home with just the puppies… So I guess my vacation is still going on. Home alone! . . I do enjoy my solitude. Introvert problems! . . Only a homeschool mom would call it a vacation to start organizing curriculum and going to Classical Conversations Practicum tomorrow with friends. 🤓
