Snowboarding: Nature's Healing Power
Ok I love hiking but…
I had almost forgotten how much I love snowboarding
It’s the adrenaline, the views, the time with friends, the learning to trust my body and learning it’s ok to do hard things, fall & get back up
It was honestly a good replacement for drinking (among other things ahem sugar) the first few months, and I think it played a huge role in getting me connected to nature and my body again
All I’m saying is moving in nature is kinda magical. I keep hearing miracle stories of how nature has healed people from the inside out
