❤️🩹 Healing any relationship, even the one with yourself takes time and multiple iterations. Over the last two years, I shifted my focus from daily workouts and dieting to activities that made me proud of my accomplishments and less concerned about my body’s appearance.
💓IMO, constantly disciplining your body, movement, and food intake is so dang toxic. We’ve been conditioned our entire lives to believe we have to look a certain way, and isn’t it time to actually change that by saying f*ck it, and doing whatever it is we want, regardless of how it’ll make us look?
