Colorado's Peak Fall Foliage Season Trail Guide

Looking for fall foliage in Colorado? Peak season could be just two weeks away!! 🍁 Here’s a few trail recs & tips! 👇🏼 Close to Denver: Golden Gate Canyon State Park:
🔸Raccoon Loop Rocky Mountain National Park: 🔸Gem Lake 🔸Sprague Lake You really can’t go wrong here! Breckenridge: 🔸Mohawk Lakes Vail: 🔸Booth Falls Drivable: 🔸Fall Ridge Road 🔸Guella Pass Hard to get to towns but worth it: 🔸Steamboat Springs, Telluride, Aspen Tips: 🔸Search the area you want to visit on AllTrails and read recent trail reviews to see how the leaves are doing 🔸Peak leaf peeping times are given in a range (mid September-mid October) but they can be gone by October easily with a big overnight freeze or two 🔸Go Early! - When the leaves are peaking, these areas will be incredibly busy -🔸As always, Leave no trace:
