Colorado Outdoor Adventurer's Introduction: Hiking, Biking & Climbing

Hi Hello! It’s been a while since I introduced myself on here :)) Not only are there a lot of new faces, but I’ve also changed quite a bit -or at least my hobbies have!- since my last intro >>> First of all, name is Rebe (pronounced Ree.Bee) 🏔️ I’ve lived in Colorado for 14 years and Fort Collins for 10. Time freaking flies! 🥾 my favorite activities are hiking, gravel biking & climbing! 🥂 I got sober in 2011 and still cry at songs about sobriety (ahem Orange Juice @noahkahanmusic ) 🌻 I lived in the Vail Valley when I got sober and having the outdoors at my disposal during that time was immeasurably helpful and I’m so grateful for that time of healing and rediscovery 😘I love my partner and friends SO much. Strong connections and community are of the utmost importance to me 👯‍♀️I’ve had a dream to host group adventures for the last 1.5 years and it’s finally coming to life! Bringing people together outside is my jam! 😝I am much more spontaneous than calculated and have made a lot of major life decisons on a whim 🧗‍♀️I got into rock climbing and gravel biking within the last year, and my gosh, where have those hobbies been all my life?! 🥰These sports have made me cherish my body so much! As a woman who has struggled with ED for the last 20 years, having a sport where I can see my body for what it can do instead of what it looks like. The community in gravel biking and climbing is unmatched and I just…am obsessed 💖I consider myself girly-granola and don’t lose my girliness even when I’m covered in dirt 💜My favorite color is purple even though my bike is pink (tbh I couldn’t find the shade of purple I wanted lol) ✌🏼 I have been working HARD on my boundaries for the last couple of years, amongst other things, and my life has changed so much. Being fiercely loyal to myself and the people I care about is such a game changer If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading! Do we have anything in common?
