I almost went broke making this mistake 🥴 If you’re still doing the same thing that’s not working, then doing it more isn’t gonna fix your issue! When I was getting started I thought reachout was just a numbers game. The more I send the more chance I have of a response. And while that’s true to an extent, it’s what happens after the response that really makes the difference. I sent over 100 emails and got 0 responses. Clearly just doing more of what sucked wasn’t the answer. ❌ Posting more on Instagram doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get more inbound leads. ❌ Sending more outbound messages doesn’t necessarily mean you’re gonna close more deals. ❌ Simply raising your prices doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll make more in your business. If you’ve tried those things and are still stuck, doing more won’t help you. I started implementing precision prospecting to contact my ideal clients with a hyper targeted message aimed at solving a problem I knew they needed help with and as a result, my close rates skyrocketted. Instead of sending 100 emails with maybe 3-5 replies and (maybe) a low ticket deal. I could now send 10 highly targeted emails and close high 4 and 5 figure content deals fairly easily. Once you know the frameworks, it becomes so much easier to serve your clients and get paid well in the process.
