The Ultimate Sacrifice: Accepting God's Gift
Life ultimately comes down to 2 choices.
We can either pay our debt ourselves, or we can allow Jesus to pay the debt we could never repay in the first place.
He who knew no sin came to be sin so that we could be the righteousness of God.
God is a just and fair God which means He can’t let evil go unpunished. Ever since the original sin in the Garden, sacrifices had to be made in order to atone for sin. But God loves us so much that He gave His only son as the ultimate sacrifice. He paid the debt we never could afford and took the punishment we deserve so that we could be reunited with God for eternity.
But it doesn’t end there. He died and rose again, completely destroying death. And that same power that overcame death is available to us now through the Holy Spirit.
The gift is free and all it takes is to admit that you can’t pay your debt yourself, repent and believe in your heart and that Jesus is your savior.
God is just. He doesn’t force people to accept His gift and be with Him if they don’t want to. His grace is abundant but the choice is yours. There’s only one thing in this life I can guarantee, and it’s when you submit to Jesus your life will never be the same again in the best way possible. Happy Easter!
Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙
