A shirtless man sits atop large rusted metal pipes in a lush, overgrown forest setting. The scene is enveloped in a warm, hazy sunlight filtering through the dense foliage. Wooden planks and railings crisscross around the pipes, forming a makeshift path or structure. The vibrant greenery of the vegetation contrasts with the rusty orange hues of the metal pipes, creating a striking visual contrast. The man's relaxed posture and surroundings suggest a sense of adventure and exploration in this remote, tropical environment.

Pursue Your Dreams, Not Society's Expectations

Here’s a story time that I hope inspires all the recent college graduates. Almost exactly a year ago I graduated from college. Instead of getting a typical safe job I decided to do something crazy. I worked on feature films all over the country for little to no pay and ended up moving to Hawaii almost on a whim to pursue my dream of becoming a travel content creator. I didn’t really have a plan of action, still kinda making it up and learning as I go, but I know I didn’t want to do what everybody expects us to. Many of us get stressed out and pressured by society and our parents to “make something of ourselves” but think about it, this is the only time in your life that you are completely free to do virtually whatever you want. Why rush into getting a typical job? So you can make a few extra thousand bucks so you can buy an iPhone X? I’ve seen people take jobs that take way more of their time for a $2000 difference in pay. What for? Stop caring what other people think. Stop prioritizing material things and instead pursue what makes you happy. Even if you take 4 years and it doesn’t work out and you have to go back and be practical... you’re only 26, you aren’t that far behind. Sorry for the long rant but I hate to see students fresh out of college just jumping into a job they don’t like so they can buy things they don’t need. To impress people they don’t even really like. What’s the point! These next 4-8 years are some of the best and most defining of our lives, let’s do everything we can to point our life in the direction we want it to go and ignore the noise. We are the luckiest people alive right now. Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙 • • • • • •i #beautifuldestination #travelgram #adventureawaits #getlost #folkvibe #openmyworld #welltravelled #glimpseofhawaii #passionpassport #travelingtheworld #travelawesome #gohawaii #ig_oahu #folktravel #glimpseofhawaii #venturehawaii #luckywelivehawaii #northshore #explorehawaii #alohaoutdoors #lifeofadventure #liveauthentic #hawaiilife #lethawaiihappen #nakedhawaii #hawaii #hawaiiunchained #hawaiistagram #aloha #oahu @beautifuldestinations @toptravelers @doyoutraevel @awesome_earthpix @lonelyplanet
