Prioritize for Change

A new identity requires new priorities If you are trying to create new opportunities for yourself, change your lifestyle, or implement new habits, but aren’t changing your old priorities, maintaining positive change will be very difficult. Unfortunately, many people want change, but are unwilling to change the real thing that gets long term results, their priorities. Sometimes these can be unexpected shifts too. I know when I was first getting started in photography, I wanted to get as many reps as possible behind the camera, so I would go out shooting almost everyday. This was great for learning and failing fast, but I soon realized that you don’t get jobs just taking pictures. You get jobs by making connections. Now I obviously didn’t stop the creative part, but I did start prioritizing building relationships and teaching myself skills to land the jobs I wanted. That single shift has made a world of difference for me. So what shifts do you need to make? What is your trajectory right now based on what you are prioritizing? Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙
