Overcoming Resistance to Achieve Goals

The flak is greatest over the target. Heard this the other day and it’s so true. The closer you get to accomplishing your goals, the greater the resistance. Not really sure why but I’ve noticed it in my own life. I feel like the distractions are greater, the desire to procrastinate larger, and just an overall resistance to what I’m trying to accomplish. I’ve found the best way to overcome is with extreme focus and consistency. When you make things a habit, they become harder to break. You could start by implementing just one good habit per month. It’s not hard but it takes dedication. Buildup your resistance to the resistance and git ‘er done. Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙 • • • • •
