Just Start: Overcoming the Planning Paralysis

Over-planning always under-delivers. - What’s our first instinct when we get an idea? To dream and plan right? It’s a necessary part of the process, however most dreams die in the planning phase. - I’ve found the longer you plan the less chance you have of the thing getting momentum. The problem with planning is it gives the illusion of progress. You feel like you are moving the ball forward, and in some ways you are, but after a while it becomes a form of “productive” procrastination and hinders you from making real progress. So how do we avoid this? - JUST START. Get your minimum viable plan together and start creating. Things will inevitably change and adjust along the way. The goal for any idea is not to make it perfect before pursuing it, it’s too just start! - Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙 - • • • • • •
