How to Handle Ghosting in Sales

The script (save this for later) šŸ›‘ BTW if you want my full sales framework comment ā€œSCRIPTā€ and I’ll send it over. First off let’s define ā€œghostingā€ šŸ‘» Ghosting IS NOT sending a cold message and never getting a response (that’s ignoring). Ghosting IS when the prospect has showed some kind of positive interaction with you like interest in learning more, a call, asking about rates, etc. and then they stop communication. So then how do you move forward? Well you don’t say things like that ā€œJust following upā€ ā€œJust checking inā€ ā€œDo you have any updatesā€ ā€œCircling backā€ Etc. All of these things make you appear desperate for the client which is sales sin #1! Instead you’ll send 2 followup emails that’s are very nonchalant and leaves the ball in the client’s court. The goal is to appear detached from the outcome. Send these about 3 days between each other. Email 1: ā€œhey {name}. Haven’t heard from you in a while. Where should we go from here? Email 2: hey {name}. Did I just get ghosted LOL? If they still don’t respond to those chances are they aren’t interested anymore and you can send another followup in a few months. If you want access to my full sales framework for closing photography clients just comment ā€œSCRIPTā€ and I’ll send it over! Be blessed and stay stoked šŸ˜ŽšŸ¤™
