Failure is Growth, Lofty Goals Achieved

I failed my 2022 goals… but that’s a win! Im not sure about you, but I’m the type of person who sets over ambitious goals, knowing full well I probably won’t hit them. I do this for a few reasons: 1. Lofty goals force you to be creative and find new solutions to achieve them. 2. Ambitious goals likely will cause you to achieve more than something “realistic.” Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the funk of not achieving your goals. I didn’t hit every goal I set, but to be honest, that’s a win. Not hitting the goals for me means that they were big enough for me to aspire to. It means there’s room for learning and growth. But I can also say that if I had set my goals to be “realistic” a lot of the milestones I hit in 2022 likely wouldn’t have happened. When I step back and look at the big picture of the last few years, I can honestly say that at 27 I’m living a life that the 23 year old version of me couldn’t even imagine and I am so thankful for that! Thank you for your support this past year and I can’t wait for what 2023 has to offer! Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙
