Nash Hagen
The image portrays a shirtless man standing on a wooden staircase or trail that ascends into a dense fog-shrouded mountain or hill. The path consists of wooden planks and railings, winding its way upwards through lush, verdant foliage. The man's muscular back is turned towards the camera, showcasing his toned physique. The atmosphere is enveloped in a hazy, dreamlike mist, obscuring the peak of the mountain and lending an ethereal quality to the scene. The vibrant greenery surrounding the trail contrasts with the warm, orange-tinged fog, creating a striking and atmospheric visual.

Expanding Your Comfort Zone

The more you get out of your comfort zone. The easier it becomes to consistently live outside of it. Quick example. 8 year old Nash was terrified of jumping off a 8 ft rock into a lake. Fast forward to moving to Hawaii I jumped off a 30ft cliff one of my first days here. I have since noticed that I’ve become less and less afraid of heights to the point where tightroping a ridge line no longer gives me a queasy feeling(not quite sure if that’s good or bad lol). I’m still extremely careful and take my time, I have just adapted and heightened my level of comfort zone. My point is the more you rep something, the more natural it will become. The more practice you get at consistently putting yourself in high stress situations, the better you will be when a big time opportunity comes your way. Train yourself to break your status quo often and watch yourself level up. Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙 • • • • • •
