Evolving Dreams in Tropical Paradise
Every dream changes. -
I think sometimes a lot of us are so attached to our dream that we don’t allow it to evolve and change as our life progresses. -
Ever since I was 8 years old I knew I wanted to do something in the movie industry. At first I was making little videos with my family and I wanted to be a director. Fast forward about 4 years and I got really into animation and 3D design so my new goal was to work for Pixar. After a few years and countless hours staring at a screen, I realized that working for Pixar would require long days locked inside so I shifted my goal to become a director of photography and went to film school for it. After working on multiple feature films, I realized that the hours weren’t for me so I transitioned into freelance photo/video which eventually evolved into adventure filmmaking like what I do now. -
My point is, my main vision never changed. I always kept the goal of having a creative career, but my specific dream evolved and will continue to evolve with time. -
Don’t let your dream limit you. Dreams are supposed to push you towards something you actually want to achieve and if that that’s no longer the case, then find a new dream. -
Dreams are fluid and can change. Don’t be limited by your own expectations you set in a different time in life. -
Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙 - •
