A breathtakingly beautiful sunset scene is captured on a beach, featuring tall, slender palm trees silhouetted against a vivid pink and orange sky. The reflection of the palm trees and a solitary person is mirrored in the still waters of a pool or calm ocean, creating a mesmerizing, symmetrical composition. The vibrant colors of the sunset blend seamlessly from deep pinks and oranges to a rich blue, adding depth and drama to the scene. The tranquil waters act as a mirror, perfectly reflecting the palm trees and the lone figure, creating a sense of serenity and peace.

Choosing Joy Over Fleeting Emotions

Joy is a focus before it’s a feeling. - Have you noticed this. Our culture, especially the millennial generation, is entirely feelings oriented. We let our feelings dictate our eating habits, who we hang out with, who we vote for, what we choose to accept as truth etc. the problem with feelings is they are easy to manipulate and often are not based in fact. They are fleeting and are dictated by what we choose to prioritize. - When you choose joy as a focus, you prioritize it. It doesn’t mean you’re happy all the time but it does mean you are content because you know who holds the future. When you choose joy even in the trials, it will become more than a feeling, it will become a character trait. - Donuts can make you feel good one minute and bad the next. It’s the same food different experience and your feelings will dictate how you feel about donuts. In the same way good and bad situations will happen to sway your feelings but you must choose joy as a focus because it’s the only way to true happiness. - Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
