You Don't Need a Partner to Live Your Dream Adventures

Public Service Announcement for all women 🫶🏼 You do NOT need a man to live the adventure of your dreams! I’d like to clear up something that keeps arising. You do not need a boyfriend/partner to be adventurous and do the things that are calling to you. I have been adventuring solo, with friends, in AND OUT of a relationship, & introducing my existing long-time hobbies to my BF. Hobbies I spent years practicing single AND in my relationship, on my own. Please stop waiting to begin your life until you have your partner. BECOME the person you want to be with. You are the person you’ll be in the most important relationship of your life with - The relationship you have with yourself. Until you love yourself and the life YOU have built for yourself, you can never truly be a partner to another. Supporting Evidence of your ability to live out YOUR adventure with or without a partner: Backpacked through Central America for 3 months - SOLO Rafted 21 days down the CO river with friends canyoneering and hiking all the while - SOLO Am teaching him about Canyoneering Roped him into climbing years after I’d been at it Captained a self-guided 4 woman mountaineer team up Mt Rainier. Climbed Mt Baker, Adams, countless other peaks with friends - partnerless Guided him into backpacking, camping & hiking 
 Encouraged him to start sailing Fished and dived the Florida keys for a week con amigos Have been off-roading for 10 years in a jeep (am teaching him) Learned to ski and took international ski trips - with girlfriends Brought 6 Dungeness crabs 🦀 I caught to his place for him to cook us on one of our first 4 dates. I could go on and on… and you'll be able to too Please stop thinking that if a woman is out there chasing her dreams, growing, and being strong, she can only do it with a guy by her side. You’re just as capable of “saving yourself and him.” A supportive partner is just the icing - your life is the cake you have to bake yourself With so much love and support - Your friend who’s lived it, and wants you to start your own love story - with your life
