Waterfall Respite in Nicaragua

It’s hard to believe that experiencing the best hot springs and hot waterfalls of my life was only a week ago. The past week has felt like a month with border closures (missed getting stuck in Honduras by less than 24 hours), changing ambiance and vibe in almost every location as well as closures of activities and hospitality industry facilities. Taking this time as an opportunity to slow down. Experience what it feels like to live in Nicaragua for the time being while we see the effects of the virus through globally and just appreciate everything, especially how simple things were. Trying to be like water at the moment. Go with the flow, open to change, have the strength and endurance to get through every obstacle and carve new paths If need be, be still when the current allows, flow rapidly during troubled times and areas and able to go through various necessary phases. Just as the water from this volcanic fed river eventually reaches a point where it cools, this period too shall pass and cool in time.
