The Allure of Slow Road Trips
Can’t wait to get back on the road again. My biggest shift in personal travel preference the last 5 years is that I crave and savor slow travel vs zipping around flying everywhere, touching down for a minute and missing all the details.
Going slowly, taking in the miles and small moments. Really getting to spend time to know a place intimately… that’s the kind of experience I’m after of late and road tripping offers it up with a side of views and fries. There is truly nothing more American than taking a classic road trip across the country. We’re gifted with so much spaciousness and and abundance of land, discovering it for yourself is rewarding.
What are some of the best road trips you’ve taken so far?
