Rim-to-Rim Grand Canyon Hike

Hike: Rim to Rim of the Grand Canyon 🥾 elevation gain 5298 👣 24 miles ⏱ 12:06 hours (lots of breaks) and went from 32 degrees at the top to 80 at the base ☀️ Adventure, the beauty of nature, the wild spirit of the west, incredible weather, the company of great friends and a physical challenge. What more could you ask for out of an Arizonan Saturday? Goal: next time I’m trail running it and doing it in sub 6 hours
