Kym Wylder
A breathtaking scenic view of a rugged and rocky mountain peak at sunset or sunrise. The sky is ablaze with vibrant colors, ranging from deep oranges and reds near the horizon to softer pinks and blues higher up. The sun, a fiery orb, is just peeking above the distant mountain ridges, casting a warm glow over the entire scene. In the foreground, jagged rock formations rise up, their craggy silhouettes silhouetted against the colorful sky. Perched atop one of the highest rocky outcrops is a solitary human figure, dwarfed by the grandeur of the surrounding landscape. This lone figure appears to be taking in the awe-inspiring vista, perhaps a hiker or climber who has reached the summit after a challenging ascent. The image exudes a sense of accomplishment, serenity, and the beauty of nature.

Reaching Life's Summits Through Connection

“Karma takes all my friends to the summit.” I’m a believer there is enough pie to go around, especially when you share the recipe. The pinnacle of humanity is when we can serve and help others reach their summits. There are 2 women I want to give a shout-out to who‘ve helped me reach my summits this year. If you’re in need of some guidance on your journey, I can’t recommend them enough. Kristen Ennett - @kristen.ennett - I found myself face-to-face with some of my personal struggles and ready for guidance to get to the next level of my life. I enlisted her hypnotherapy coaching and in working together, she helped me reframe many of the subconscious blocks that held me back and many physical fears/ phobias I’d carried around in an effort to self-sabotage my own instincts. Through these sessions, I found a new depth of ability, and confidence, & feel like I’ve known unconditional love my entire life, even though I’d never been on the receiving end of it. If you’re looking to deepen your healing journey, Kristen is a wonderful guide to help your subconscious blocks and take greater control of your history’s shaping of your present, mind, and future path. Alex Friedman - @connectionfeast . Another wall of mine was hanging on to attachments that were no longer serving me, grounded in old versions of myself that no longer held after I’d worked on myself. Through her coaching, I was able to listen to my own voice, understand how I intrinsically felt, let go, and free up space to make connections more aligned with my authentic present self. In doing so I’ve been having the most RAD year of my life and have made incredible new connections that feel wholesome, aligned, and most in sync with the person I am and will continue to become -thawed out my own “Seattle freeze” I had entrapped myself in. Alex guides feast events where connection, friendship, interpersonal relationships, and community are at the forefront of the intentional gatherings. The next one is 9.12.23 @ 7 pm @ Fremont Abbey - check it out and check her out for life coaching needs. There’s enough room at the top for all of us if we light the way on how to get there.
