A breathtaking scene of a glacial lake nestled amidst towering snow-capped mountains and evergreen trees. The vibrant turquoise waters reflect the rugged, rocky peaks and wispy clouds above. In the foreground, a camping tent is pitched on the grassy shore, providing a cozy base camp to take in the awe-inspiring natural beauty. Letting Go: Finding Freedom in Minimalism

Be willing to let go of everything you’re afraid to lose. My favorite lesson backpacking the backcountry and the world has taught me (backpacked across 6 Central American countries solo for months) - minimalism and being capable of paring down to the bare essentials is key to fortitude, strength, presence, and peace. They’re just things. Tools. Manifestations. You’re the magic element. You’re the maker of what you do with your time here and in the end, you cant take anything with you but the memories. Let the attachment to stuff go.
