Hot Springs: Relaxation and Life Connections

All the hot spring posts I put up are solo pics. And it’s nice sometimes to get them to yourself. But my favorite times in hot springs are when they’re not solo, the people I meet and the conversations we have. There’s something magic in the water and the type of people they attract. I think it’s like my hammock theory on making friends while hammocking. You’re just so relaxed, your Best self shines through and connects with everyone around you’s best self. Guards are down. Everyone’s healing, relaxing, restoring, grounding. I go for that. And for the amazing way my body and soul feel afterward. Always stay hydrated in there and in hot tubs! I actually had a moment on this morning at a different hot spring where when I got out from 112 into 38 degree air my head became dizzy and I saw grey, and heard crazy loud ringing in my ears and had to lie down. Think it was a combo of being in there at sunrise on an empty stomach, forgot my water bottle, and the beanie I was wearing didn’t allow heat to escape my head. Was pretty alarming. Don’t let this happen to you. Carry a water bottle. My fav is @modl.outdoors and you can get your own for 25% off with code “KYM25”. It’s water’s first multi tool and comes with me everywhere since I got it because it’s so functional and transforms to every situation you’d need it, with attachments.
