Hiking Trip to Acatenango Volcano, Guatemala

This trip has made me learn limits are only things we impose on ourselves out of fear, a smile and the courage to say literally anything can spark the most awesome of friendships, lasting memories are those that you worked for and that are simple and unique, and nature is my church, calls me often and has the answer to everything I seek and need. Acatanengo not only pushed my limits, it shattered my idea of them. Climbed to 13900 ft to gaze these views (with a cold) of El Fuego’s constant eruptions and witnessed something I’d only ever previously dreamed about or tuned into in national geographic magazines. Guatemala has literally blown my mind and I’ll never be the same after my time here.
