Hiking Blue Glacier in Olympic National Forest

Did you know Washington state is home to more than 3000 alpine glaciers, 2nd only to Alaska in the US? I’ve lived in & explored WA state for 11 years and AK for 2 and this is honestly one of the best backpacking trips I’ve done in either state (including several times through the coveted enchantments)-📍 BLUE GLACIER in the Olympic national forest. Put it on your bucket list. Encountered an abundance of wildlife, found incredible camp spots, this glacier was beyond epic to venture to and there was even a rope ladder to climb for added thrill.
