Grand Canyon Adventures

My “relationship” with the Grand Canyon began several years ago when I first through hiked on a whim. That trip I got off work on a Friday, boarded a plane, rented a jeep and drove several hours to the north rim, and began my hike at 3am after a full day of work and traveling to get there. We had breakfast reservations at Phantom Ranch at the base and had the best time. Have been annually through hiking it, rim to rim, every year since. Now, to take this experience even deeper than all these years, I am embarking on a 2 week pack rafting trip down the Colorado River and through the Grand Canyon. Stopping only to camp, canyoneer, and hike for 14 days straight. Excited to take “this relationship” to the next level lol. In a way, I feel I am married to these adventures because they take commitment, energy, time, work, and bring me more joy than anything else on earth. Adventure begins late march, until then... its prep time!
