HAppy hot spring season! Save this for a list of incredible springs. This year I’ve been to 30-40 different spring sites across the west, solo and with others, and I think “taking to the waters” has a lot to do with fixing my chronic joint pain, a lighter overall disposition and greater connection to our 🌍.
