A breathtaking view of a sandstone cave opening revealing a stark contrast between the warm, curving textures of the eroded rock formations and the brilliant blue sky outside. A lone, twisted tree stands in the center, its bare branches silhouetted against the azure backdrop. In the distance, a tiny human figure with arms outstretched basks in the grandeur of nature, dwarfed by the immense scale of the geological formations.

Embracing Life's Challenges

The cave we fear to enter holds the answers we seek. I entered “my” cave this winter. It broke me. I dared to face it and it literally crumbled me for months. But… I learned. I lived. And the lessons… oooweee there are so many. I built new tools. Exercised new muscles. Expanded. Broke my own heart so the light could enter it and it and the muscle could heal and stretch itself. And now, I’m ready to water this tree of life, go back into the world ready to tackle new and important challenges because of the fortitude gleaned from facing my cave. I’m coming out the other side a stronger woman for it. Speaking figuratively 😉. This literal cave is gorgeous, teeming with hanging gardens and not dark or scary at all. Sending you strength to endure your own seasons of cave facing. There’s light at the end of the tunnel and time spent there is where all the work and lessons for healing lie.
