Crossing Life's Bridges: Finding Renewal in Nature
Until you cross the bridge of your insecurities, you can’t begin to explore your possibilities.

I’m awkwardly stuck in this in between phase right now - (lol 2nd pic shows awkward Anna face for proof). I know where I want to go, and have some self doubts I’m still working through to get there pent up from years of crippling insecurities.
You see me go to nature a ton, and yes, the experiences and pics are cool and the memories are exciting. But that’s not why I go. Its never been why. I go to heal. To grow. To learn. To be still. To be held. Ive survived a lot and nature is the only space large enough to nurture me back to safety, wellness, and peace. Its literally the best therapy there is. Its why nature, earth, and land is called “mother” across cultures and languages.
Whatever your bridge is that you’re trying to cross, its ok to be on it. To look at the view. To take time deciding on next steps forward, and to embrace the in between on your way to “next” as you muster the courage to leave behind what’s been and will be past.
Here’s to all of us crossing our proverbial bridges in life and enjoying every step along the way. Here’s to us building strong beautiful bridges we wont have a need to burn down the road.
