Awestruck by Ancient Wonders

I feel about travel the way happy new moms feel about their newborns or dog owners feel about their pups. I am obsessed and it fills me completely no matter what it puts me through. The bug bites, food borne illnesses, wicked hangovers, countless scrapes and bruises, only compliment the adventures and perfect moments. I love it all because travel is a soul quenching activity filled with freedom and joy that endlessly reanimates my life. 2020 can temporarily take away our ability to experience this, but it thankfully cannot take away our memories or ability to dream up new plans.
