Tissue Paper Pumpkin Treats

We made tissue paper pumpkins with a treat hidden inside for a cute and tasty Halloween craft! To make them wrap a piece of candy with tissue paper, twist it at the top, wrap the top with masking tape to keep it closed, glue brown or green tissue paper to the masking tape, and enjoy!
