Sweet Potato Casserole: A Thanksgiving Classic

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 cup Butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
1/3 cup Milk
A cup of Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
A cup of Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
A cup of Pecans, chopped
1/3 cup Butter
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for at least 1 hour, or until they’re soft, all the way through.
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Next, add the sweet potato mixture to the greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and flour.
Cut in 1/3 cup butter, until the mixture is crumbly. Then, stir in the pecans.
Sprinkle the mixture over the sweet potatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
