Spinach Artichoke Dip in a bread bowl is such a crowd pleaser and perfect for your Super Bowl party!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Ingredients:⁣⁣ 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded⁣⁣ 1 cup Frozen Chopped Spinach⁣⁣ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded⁣⁣ 1 jar Artichoke Hearts, roughly chopped⁣⁣ 1/2 cup Sour Cream⁣⁣ 8 oz Light Cream Cheese, softened⁣⁣ 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper⁣⁣ 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder⁣⁣ 1/2 teaspoon Salt⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Instructions:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Saute the artichoke hearts and spinach over medium heat, until liquid has evaporated.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In a food processor, combine the mozzarella, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Add the artichoke hearts and spinach and blend completely.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Pour into baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until the top bubbles.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ While it’s cooking, prepare your bread bowl by taking out the center of the bread (save the bread slices to use for dipping).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Pour the spinach artichoke dip into center of bread bowl.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Refrigerate the rest for future dipping.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
