A creative and colorful craft project depicting the letter 'O' for 'Octopus'. The image features a large, bright blue paper cut-out in the shape of the letter 'O', with eight curly tentacles extending outwards, made from thin strips of blue construction paper. The tentacles are adorned with vibrant multi-colored pom-poms, adding a playful and whimsical touch. Two small googly eyes are affixed to the center of the 'O', giving the octopus a friendly and expressive face. The craft is presented against a plain background, allowing the vibrant colors and textures of the materials to stand out.
