Loaded Baked Potato Rounds

4 medium Red Potatoes, slicedā£
Butter (melted)ā£
Garlic Saltā£
5 slices of bacon, crumbledā£
Mexican Cheese, shreddedā£
Cheddar Cheese, shreddedā£

Instructions:ā£
Start by preheating the oven to 350.ā£
ā£
Next, slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.ā£
ā£
Fill a pot with water, and then add the potatoes. Bring to a boil, for about 3-4 minutes.ā£
ā£
Drain the potatoes, and then pat dry.ā£
ā£
On a lined cookie sheet, spray with non-stick spray.ā£
ā£
Place the potatoes on the pan, and brush them with melted butter.ā£
ā£
Sprinkle with garlic salt, cheese, and bacon.ā£
ā£
Bake for 12-14 minutes.ā£
ā£
Add green onions or chives on top.ā£
Serve.ā£
