Homemade Hummus for a Healthy New Year's Snack
We found a way to snack while still keeping our New Years Resolution with Homemade Hummus!
Ingredients:
1 15oz can chickpeas, rinsed
1 glove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for serving
2 T tahini (sesame seed paste; optional but GOOD!)
2T lemon juice (fresh if you can)
1 t ground cumin
1/4 t paprika
kosher salt
